Default Original ICOM head on native software...

Hello,

Can anyone help, i have latest native istad and istap but using ORIGINAL head.

I have changed sn and mac in 4 or 5 locations on P: drive. But head only picks up in ISTAD, in ISTAP when create new session it doesnt pick up the head at all.

Do we need to change any other settings? IP address?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Can you find ICOMA S/N and MAC in WSM Manager folder? Did you patch ISTAP and WSM folders?

ISTAP is patched.

WSM > data and manager folders have the new MAC and SN in certain files where the SN and MAC are stored. I notice in these .xml files there is also a IP address for the external device (icom) not sure if also these need to be changed?

In WSM manager and agent folders. Does your ICOM s/n and mac show in these 2 folders xml files? In manager->PXEBootDevice.xml. Can you find your ICOM's s/n and mac? If not exist. Modify this files as your ICOM s/n and mac.
