Default Rheingold and kdcan cable

Hi, I installed rheingold as per instructions, is there any other instruction/steps to set in windows for the dkan cable to connect? some people mention you have to modify/add some obd.ini file in windows but there is no specifics, any help please :) .

In the obd.ini file, the com port should be specified to the com port number configured in Windows.
