Arrow "Unable to identify vehicle"

Hello, to all yesterday i recieved my order of ICOM NEXT, installed software,ista,winkfp....etc..... all went ok, however this morning i tried to scan my bmw x5 e70 i got "Unable to identify vehicle" , after 15 min of trying without success i went to my bmw e46 and i was able to read and i even updated my EGS, so what is the problem :( ? I need to program some modules this weeked...
