Default BMW Cas programmer

Hello dear friends.
Can you recommend some good bmw cas programmer that can do odometer correction for BMW CAS4 (F01). As I see there is motorola HC908 microcontroller?

There is 9s12xdp.
Can be read well with R260 red clone and Xprog M even clone.
Only 2010 cars.
From 2011 there is a new special freescale mcu inside. Cant be readed for the moment with no tools. Solution is can blocker.
Also dash with 35160 could be a problem for newbies.

Worth nothing to buy such expensive interface which work only on 2010 F series like R260 and Xprog as Ive written above.

So r270 cas4 bdm programmer have the same functionality as x-prog-m? Xprog also can work with f-series?

Am I right?

how much time is needed to code key with best of thoose tools?
all of them works on same princip you take dump eeprom and than code key or ?
