Default R270 key programmer

Hello, i ordered a R270 from china to program a new key for a X5 2009 E70.
I am trying to get a tutorial how to use it to copy a new key but can't find one...
I used AK90 in the past and it was really easy to use and successfully copied a couple of keys for my E46.
Can anyone explain to me how to use the R270??
Thank you very much

It is possible to write new keys by OBD to e70. No need to remove CAS.
