Default BMW Scanner 1.4.0

Make sure you connected the UBS Scanner 1.4.0 cable to your car and install the driver. Once your PC find the cable your software will work.

It will only connect to the PA Soft cable as it acts like a security dongle.

It will not connect to just any OBD cable

You need to load the Win7 driver if you are using win7 otherwise it won't locate it.
If using XP install the driver prior to plugging in the tool.
