Red face Can I sync my used transmission with my"TCM/EGS"?

I swapped out my transmission in 2001 BMW X5 4.4 , I still get Transmission fail safe mode :(, I tried to get the TCM from the donor transmission but the guy sold it already. How can I sync my transmission with my TCM/EGS?
I have Pa soft , INPA, GT1, winKFP, any help would be great. And if there is anyone out there that knows a lot about Pa soft or winKFP I want to learn how to update my ecu , tcm , and sync units with Pa soft. I'd pay for lessons :)
