Default e46 SRS Module

Been fighting my airbag light since I bought the car. Before anyone tells me I'm an idiot, I already know that.

I was playing around, like a idiot and clicked passenger airbag light off. Didn't work of course and now I have a seat belt light on too.

But the problem now is I can't read the module anymore. tried everything from starting completely over, still nothing.

The only code I got was Stage 2 fault, passenger airbag. Have no clue what that is. Sounds like wiring to me.

Any help to get the SRS module back on line.

Thanks, jjp

I've seen this issue before, the problem was the car had a low battery.
Ensure your battery is good then try to read SRS again.
