Default EWS 3.3 syncronization

Hi everyone !
1 - I bought a PA Soft 140 and I made a mistake by clicking on EWS 3.3. Now EWS 3.2 is greyed out. However I saved a backup file before doing that. The car ( 12/1997 E39 528i ) is crancking but not starting up. I sprayed acetone into intake manifold and it was firing up. I get sparks. The Fuel pump it seems to be locked by EWS or DME. I'd really appreciate any help on how to restore the backup file and do the syncronize-adaptation DME&EWS.

2 - The TCM is not the original one but used from other car. It is same type BOSCH GS8.34.
When I scan the car TCM is showing the previous VIN#. I'd like the find out whether I can chage the VIN# and set the current oddometer value on Transmission module ( TCM ) using PA Soft 140. The transmission is running only into 1st and 2nd gear and desangaging in 3rd and D. When I scanned it there are no errors though.
The most important thing for now Problem No. 1 - To get the engine start up.
Thank you
