Default X3 3.0i oil chang VTG

Hi,

need to change oli in the VTG.
What is the right value to tell the ecu that it is new in there. Have heard that the clutch inside and the electric motor inside need to know.

Is the right way to programme the "Write ADFG" with the bmw scanner?

Thanks
Michi
