Some other useful info would also be:

1. After verifying proper connection and injector signal with the noid light, listening to the injector with a stethoscope is also useful and could have "cut to the chase" in diagnosing the bad injector. The fuel pressure drop test was also good though. Another way to test the injector would be to use an ocilloscope to view the firing voltage and current patterns. Keep in mind that injectors can also fire normally but leak from the pintle to the point of causing a misfire (there would usually be a rich code stored for that bank, but not necessarily if the MAF is bad).
2. Showing the B1 & B2 fuel trim data, O2 sensor information, and/or waveforms of the MAF singal before and after cleaning the MAF sensor would have been good information. He still had A P1000 for incomplete readiness monitors. Vacuum leaks and bad/lazy O2 sensors could also be the root cause of the lean codes. It may also need an O2 sensor or 2 depending on how long the van had been running in that condition. The vehicle will need to be driven to set the monitors and verify the repairs. This could be a potential comeback repair.

Also remember that just because a part is new doesn't mean it's good and assuming that it is can lead you down the wrong path sometimes.

Good video.
