Gives "COAPI-1020 error: File cannot be opened for reading. C:\NCSEXPER\WORK\FSW_PSW.MAN". I created the empty trc file by copying existing trc file and renamed it with .man ext. Am I doing something wrong?

Go to the folder "work" and delete everything. Then give the right mouse button New> Text Document> and let there instead of a .txt extension to .man.
NCS connects you with the car?

Sorry for my English
