Question No connection to engine ECU but to other ecu's

Hallo to everybody,
I downloaded Bimmergeeks INPA Tools and the Installation worked fine. With my kkl interface i got connection to my car, e53 X5 4,4i with M62B44TÜ. Ich can read fault codes from several ECU's but i cant connected to the Engine ECU ME7.2 after MY1999 and the Transmission ECU.
Everytime i try to communicate there is a fault code:
ApiCheckJobStatus: Error #95
SYS-0005: Object FILE NOT FOUND
APIjob error or no such result!
Continue script processing?

I brideged in my interface pin 8 to pin 7. And updated my Data Package and to locate/ replace the maybe corrupted IPO files for the ME72 ECU.

But nothing worked.

I hope somebody have a clue.
