Thumbs up n00b area - i.e. "Getting Started" forum

A place where beginners can ask questions (with the best threads eventually being made into stickies) without hijacking potentially informative threads elsewhere on the board.

Example: "That's great that you found out how to calibrate the analog speedometer in NCS Expert, but I just need to know how to install EDIABAS."

That'd be very helpful. I'm having trouble with NCS Expert, but do not have enough posts to download the user manual.

Exclamation Newbie

I am new to this forum, so I am exploring in order to learn how things work here. Have been using DIS & SSS for many years now,but would like to learn more about EDIABUS & NCS expert.I have version 5.0 loaded on a spare lap top & would like to experiment with it using my Original OPPS head. So I am here to learn how to use it & not brick a module.

Howard

Good idea, I think I would find a 'getting started' section useful
Thanks

I'm for it. How does it get done? I need something on a simpler level to start with!
