Default Instructions not visible to me!?

Hello Everybody, I might be to stupid to view the attachments of the threads. Is there any limitation to open the pdf's from Germany?

So do I have the same problem when i open some of the attached PDF documentation. Especially the Admin`s thread. Please help me, Anybuddy!!!!

Hi Folks,

Same here - I cannot download any of the PDF manuals.
Using 2 different laptops but no joy !
I click the PDF link and it opens a new tab on the browzer but it stays blank ??
HELP
