Hi everyone thanks for someone to talk to about problems with bm.
Washed car using pressure washer coming home from work. Did engine bay as have done before aware of power of washer but did firewall and i think unfortunately close to three solenoids just outside fuse box for obc, fuel pump etc.
Started engine with only minor hesitation and drove 5 minutes engine stopped and would not restart and major wierd movement of rpm gauge.
Sprayed wd40 inall plugs and connections waited half hr ...same erratic rpm movement wont start trying
Next morning eventually it started and ran almost normally smooth, idling 800 for 5 minutes then died again...
Removed neg bat strap pulled out suspect relays and 2 others which were all same type tested with 12v to see if potential switched all OK and fuses.
Replaced in same order and switched order and can't start at all...same but no erratic rpm movement this time.
Have ordered cheap OBD scanner on net and starting to go through testing fuel pump etc...HELP
