Default 2003 bmw 325i ABS/Traction control sensor problems

Hey all
Ive been having some problems with my car, my mechanic sayfted my car and had to replace the emergency shoes in the back. Prior to this the car ran fine. But now the car will not let him go over 20kph, he will be driving along the ABS and traction control lights come on the car starts jumping and chugging and the car just kinda sits there like its trying to get traction (reving up and down fast).....Ive spent a bunch of money trying to get it running already and im deciding weather or not to give up on it....anyone have any thoughts?
