Default 2010 328i m sport hardtop convertible electric problems..

Hey all IV had a BMW E93 for about 3 years the car has been sitting in storage for about 2 years whilst in there the battery died and.ots now.rubbish . I put a normal car battery in it and.the car drives fine... Lights and main dash work..
But Windows, hardtop, seat,s sound and engine fan are not.working. I cannot find what the problem is and can't seem to.fet any honest information.. every mechanic is.telling me they have to rip the carpet out check every module and.that I'm looking at 5 grand up to 10 grand.. someone please if use help me.cure this problem you have my word I will.askfor.your bank details and.i will happily transfer money to.u as.appreciation of helping me fix.this
