Default Hello from New Zealand

Hi all, I'm Kieran, and have bought my first BMW in the form of a 2005 X5 3.0 diesel, as I wanted something grunty, comfortable and refined to tow my rally car with. I was also quite excited to find out about the level of customisation available through the various control units in the car, so went about buying a USB K+DCAN cable and the suite of DIS v57 / Progman v32 / Ediabas 6.4.7 / NCS Expert 3.1 / Inpa 5.02. It's been a pretty steep learning curve so far, but having a resource like this site to learn from has been incredibly useful, so thank you to this community :)
