Default sorting my E53 diesel

Hi people, trying to sort my 2005 E53 diesel, I have GT1 with SSS progman, not very experienced in using it, I want to fix the throttle stumble, delete the EGR and Swirl flaps, can anyone point me at the right direction? I have tried to search the threads to avoid asking a question again but I am getting nowhere.
thank you

I also want to remove the "factory derate", tuning shop wants $880 to lift my 163kW up to 205kW, can I do this with group tool 1 and SSS progman?
thank you

You can do it with SSS if you have the correct DDE programmed numbers by using manual entry. What country has the 205KW engine ??

From my understanding, all engines have some kind of factory derate that can be removed, Celtic tune claims this, I don't believe any factory sold E53 diesel has 205kW
