Default Replaced car stereo

Hey Guys,

I was looking to buy this lovely example of used 3 series 2007. However, i am concerned with the car stereo which looks to have been replaced (see attached image). Would you consider this a serious issue and a no buy? Or perhaps it is not a serious issue and I can use this excuse to haggle down the price?
Also, will this be a concern for the resale value in the near future?

Would appreciate your honest response.
